Jeffrey E. O’Neil, DDS

Dr. O’Neil lives in Chanhassen with his wife, Mary. He has three wonderful adult children and is active in his church. He enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and traveling with his wife.

Dr. O’Neil is passionate about his continuing professional education. He is an early adopter of new and innovative dental technology and techniques that enable Ethos Dental to consistently enhance and improve patient care and comfort.

Megan L. Beuckens, DDS

Dr. Megan Beuckens is a passionate and gifted dentist who is dedicated to providing her patients with the best possible care. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where she completed a post-graduate class in Esthetic Dentistry alongside her dental school curriculum.

Dr. Beuckens loves creating beautiful, natural, and long-lasting smiles and practices with a focus on esthetic dentistry. She is also compassionate and understanding, and takes time to get to know her patients and understand their individual needs.

To give back to the community, Dr. Beuckens volunteers with the AACD’s “Give Back A Smile” program, which helps rebuild the smiles of those who have suffered dental injuries from domestic violence. She is also serving on the board of the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (MACD) and working to achieve accreditation status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

Dr. Beuckens lives in Minneapolis with her partner, Tony, and two children, Conway and Lordace. Cognizant of the importance of overall health and wellness, Dr. Beuckens stays active around the area lakes with her family and has enjoyed completing the NYC marathon. As a former college gymnast, she also enjoys attending sporting events at the University of Minnesota, cheering on her alma mater.

Owen R. Lund, DMD

Dr. Lund lives in Minneapolis with his wife Nicole and daughter Juniper. He is originally from a small town in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. When he is not in the office he enjoys golfing, juggling and skiing. He even has the highest possible certificate as a ski coach! Prior to graduating from Oregon Health & Science University with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine he graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a bachelor degree in anthropology and a minor in archeology. He worked as an archeologist and became a licensed massage therapist before starting his career in dentistry!

Dr. Lund has advanced training in the placement of implants, comprehensive treatment planning and is a certified Invisalign provider. He believes that dentistry requires meticulous attention to detail, devotion to academia and study, constant self-evaluation, artistry and coordination and offers a chance to improve lives and form lasting friendships with patients. This is why he is passionate about his quest to be the best possible dentist he can be.

April K., Office Manager, LDA

April has been helping Ethos Dental care for our patients and their smiles since 1998. Over the years, April’s favorite aspect of the job has been patient relationships. When April is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and dogs. She also enjoys the outdoors, concerts, movies, and traveling.

Lisa F., Patient Coordinator

Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University. She has been in dentistry since 2005 and joined the Ethos Dental team in 2016. She loves getting to know patients and helping to educate them about their dental benefits. When Lisa is away from the office, she enjoys plays, movies, bowling, and spending time with her son and adorable rescue cats, Cinders and Stella.

Victoria E., Patient Coordinator

Victoria joined the Ethos team in July 2021. Victoria is brand new to dentistry, but is excited to learn and has a passion for working with people. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in 2017. After that, Victoria moved to London, England and received her law degree from the University of Westminster in 2020. Although she is new to the dentistry world, she has years of office and administrative experience. When Victoria is not in the office working with patients, she loves being with friends and family, traveling, and anything to do with history!

Kelsey B., LDH

Kelsey grew up in Lakeville and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Argosy University in 2018. She is passionate about her career and takes pride in educating her patients and working closely with them to achieve optimal oral health. Kelsey strives to create the best dental experiences for all of her patients by focusing on their dental concerns and building strong relationships with them. When Kelsey is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running outside, traveling, and spending time out on the lake.

Amber C., LDH

Amber graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Argosy University in 2010. She loves working with people and designing a care plan individualized to each person. Her goal is to create a calm and positive experience for her patients. When Amber is away from the office, she likes spending her time at home with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, spending time at her cabin with family, and camping with friends.

Sarah A., LDH

Sarah joined the Ethos team October 2020. Sarah graduated from the dental hygiene program at Normandale Community College in 2006. Her favorite part of her job is building patient relationships, providing an enjoyable experience, educating and giving them tools to help them achieve their optimal oral health. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and watching the three of her children in their various activities. She also enjoys reading and being outdoors!

Jenny L., LDH

Jenny grew up on Northern Illinois and became a Minnesota resident after graduating from the University of Minnesota. After working in the corporate world for a couple of years, she decided to go back to school and graduated from Herzing University with a Dental Hygiene degree. Jenny joined the Ethos Dental Team in February 2023. She enjoys working with passionate dental professionals, building relationships with patients, and helping improve their oral health. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends out on the lake, staying active with recreational sports, and working out.

Ashley H., LDA/CDA

Ashley earned her degree in Dental Assisting in 2012 from St. Cloud Technical and Community College. She moved to the Twin Cities and started her career at Ethos Dental in 2014. Ashley is passionate about all facets of dentistry and continues to take classes. After work hours, Ashley enjoys the outdoors—kayaking, camping, walking with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.

Nikki R., LDA

Nikki received her Dental Assistant degree in 2012 from Century College. She enjoys getting to know patients and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for them. Nikki has lived in Richfield for the past six years. Outside the office, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, riding her motorcycle, boating in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter.

Cara S., LDA

Cara received her AAS degree in dental assisting from Hennepin Technical College in 2006. She joined Ethos Dental in 2016. Cara enjoys getting to know the patients and providing them with the best dental care. Cara lives in New Market with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her son’s sporting events.

Natalie T., LDA

Natalie grew up in Eagan and received her degree in Dental Assisting from Normandale Community College. She began her career in Dental Assisting in 1987 and joined Ethos Dental in 2023. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable in the dental chair. When not in the office, she enjoys walking outdoors in the summer, time with family and her cat Sammy.

Missy B., Clinical Support

Missy joined Ethos Dental in 2019. She lives in New Market with her husband and two Shiba Inus. When she is not working, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and going to every home Vikings game with her husband.

Kailey B., Clinical Support

Kailey joined the Ethos team in June 2021. Kailey is currently a student at Normandale Community College and is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene with Metro State University. She is very excited to have joined the Ethos team and continue to learn about dentistry through supporting the other staff members clinically. When Kailey is not working or in class, she likes to spend her free time with family and friends doing seasonal activities like jet skiing or tubing. She also loves to do nails!

Bo T., Clinical Support

Bo joined Ethos Dental beginning of January 2023. When Bo is not working he enjoys spending time with his dogs, family and friends. He also enjoys traveling and trying new foods. Currently, Bo is working towards a degree in dental hygiene.

Halle R., Clinical Support

Halle joined the Ethos Dental Team in the spring of 2023 shortly after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is currently applying to dental school and in the meantime, she loves being able to continue to learn more about dentistry and get hands-on experience. When she is not in the office she likes spending time with friends and family along with going on runs and walks outside.

Tabetha, REF LDA

Tabetha is new to Ethos Dental, joining the team in January 2024, though she has been a dental assistant since 2010, graduating from Herzing University. She loves the variety that her dental assisting career has given her, so much so that she went on to get her restorative expanded functions certification in 2015, which has allowed her to place fillings for her patients. When she is not working Tabetha loves to check out new restaurants, travel all over the world, check items off her bucket list, and cuddle up with her three year old goldendoodle Ralphie.
